The best time to talk is earlier than you think. Most of the mistakes I help investors avoid happen in the planning phase, before a single guest has checked in. If you're still six months from opening, that's not too early — that's exactly right.

We start with a call. You tell me about your property, where you are in the process, and what's keeping you up at night. I'll ask direct questions and give you an honest answer about whether and how I can help. No pitch, no proposal until we both know it makes sense.
